From the Akkadian Vorlage KUB 4.63 we know that the omen starting in this line followed the one preserved on the obverse. Hence, this is unlikely to be column V as suggested by Riemschneider in KUB 43. The columns seem rather narrow, so they could be columns obv. III and rev, IV, but most omen tablets are single-column or two-column tablets.
